I used to live in Phoenix. You guys should ask Atomic Comics if they'd host- or at least let you use their tables. They ran all kinds of gaming events. I think it was the one in Mesa.... but I think the Chandler mall one did alot, too. I participated in 24 Hour Comics Day there in 2005. I love that store!

I live in Cali. I suppose I could probably make it, but you would need more than 4 people.

Well, the fancy boards are really nice, but expensive. At the TixCon, we used sheets of wood on top of sets of tables. For tournament figures, you'd need to talk to Hasbro......or WebHead. I would probably go to a Cali tournament. Being I am the Calendar Moderator, WebHead might trust me enough to handle that for him...maybe.
See who you can get interested. It helps to have a big group.

Forgive me for being dense, but are you referring to "Cali" as a city, or "Cali", as in California? When I did a Google Earth search for Cali, California, it gave me Cali Court, a court that's apparently in Modesto.

For as interesting as living in the basement of a courthouse near where George Lucas was raised might be, I was using shorthand. California, Cali, Cal, Ca. As you can see in my profile, I live in a happy town called La Verne , however, we don't have any happy cows there.

As you can see in my profile, I live in a happy town called La Verne , however, we don't have any happy cows there. In Northern California, there's a TV commercial with sentient cows that like to play practical jokes and have fun. They are happy cows. "Happy cheese comes from happy cows. And happy cows come from California." I don't know if they have that commercial in Southern California. Anyways, if there was tournament that I would be able to realistically get to, I would definitely go. Not likely though, if everyone else that would be going lives south in the state.
