biggest mistake with series 5 WTF HAPPENED TO FORCE BLAST dude i saw a force person with a regular missile launcher come one thats no fun Keep in mind that these are not the final product. I'm sure that they'll be corrected when they get to store shelves. Maybe we should keep our fingers crossed, just in case.

Yes, the figures that will eventually end up on store shelves and then in our own personal collections will most likely have the correct missiles. But the images on the attacktix.com web site will probably never be fixed. Case in point. All the SW1 figures still have the semi-transparent missiles and sabers we never got: SW2 Han still has the incorrect small missile: Theres probably more (I'd bet allot more), Im bored with looking for them. But the point is, the pictures are most likely never going to be updated.

Yep, they should have a huge disclamer on their site (which we can post on this thread and over at joeattacktix) to end the endless "What's up with ______ (fill in name) shooting a small missile" posts.
*IMAGES DO NOT REPRESENT FINAL PRODUCT*

From what I know, the figures used in the photos for the Hasbro website are preproduction hand crafted and hand painted models used by the website designer to create the site. These hand painted figures are more vibrant and detailed colors for a clearer picture. Kind of like the photos of a Big Mac on a billboard. The end product doesn't look exactly like the mocked up photo 'advertisement'.

They used Elmer's glue in place of milk for shooting cereal adds. mmmmmmmm

What else, steam packets behind the fries...?

Perfect! In size 72 font at the top of attacktix.com! But yes, I've seen Hasbro do that before. A lot of their action figures are painted beautifully when you look in the catalogs, but then when you buy one you wonder why he's not so detailed... If you look at the Series Four pictures, it also shows the figure's speed with the number to the side and the red and black tix window, the same way Hasbro had made them before TF S1.

Holy Toledo! Amazing find, greyelephant! While I personally thing the Wampa should have been a standard figure (they aren't much taller than Wookies), that is so awesome that I don't have a problem with it.
From the looks of it he's either a flinger like Omega Supreme or he's a massive uppercut figure. I'm also intrigued by the Hoth Luke Skywalker. It looks like they might actually be packaging a good figure in with this Mega!

Grey, you are the man!!! Great find!! Just Awesome!!!
In part I do agree with grievous in that I'm not sure that the Wampa deserves his own Mega (taking a space away from soooooooooo many great vehicles) but my overwhelming love for Star Wars Attacktix and my desire for anything new is dampening that feeling. I can't wait to get these new S5 figures.
I do think that Hasbro should come up with a new class of figures. Perhaps 50 pointers. They could have a base slightly larger than the current 40 pt. bases, be sold in the boosters, and cover figures that are larger than standard but aren't large enough to warrant a Mega treatment, like... Wampas, Probe Droids, Spider Droids, Speeder Bikes, Luke/Han on Taun-Tauns, Battle Droids on S.T.A.P.S, those large Geonosian Sonic Cannons, Rebel Hoth Cannons, etc. But like I said I'll take (almost) anything Hasbro has to offer, Mega or not.
It's also interesting to see this Luke striker. When we were shown the new figures one question came to mind. Where is the obligatory Darth Vader, Luke Striker, Han Solo, Leia, Chewbacca, etc. I figured we be seeing them in the Starter Set(s) but this at least answers one part of that question.
Again, great find Grey. BRING ON S5!!!!

Thank you.
I think we are going to see another Vader. A Hoth Vader would be appropriate. How about a Hoth Han and Chewie? That would be really cool.
