When I play music while playing attacktix, it has to be any kind of Star Wars music. It has to. If it's not I will become very angry. Very angry.

Of the choices above, I'll have to go with the soundtrack---usually the Episode I soundtrack, which is my personal favorite. But I most often play King's X if I'm serious about destroying the other person's army or U2 if I'm just enjoying time with my family.

I *love* the Duel of the Fates track from the EpI soundtrack, and I find it makes for great battle music. However, it's U2 all the way for me when I just want my favorite background music. In fact, now that I think about it, I could probably have U2 songs for a few teams (and themed battle): One: Teams involving multiples of the same named character (like your wife's all-Kenobi team ) Or those involving tons of Clone characters, especially Clones of different ranks. Love is Blindness: A team featuring Anakin and Padme Please: Any team involving (Sidious or Palpatine) and (Anakin or Vader) Elevation: Any team involving the Republic Gunship (or Flying Boba) Sunday Bloody Sunday: An Order 66 battle (Jedi vs. Clones) With or Without You: Battles involving Obi-Wan vs. Anakin (or Darth Vader) Sometimes You Can't Make It on Your Own (or Love Rescue Me): Battles involving Luke vs. Vader The Wanderer: Moody, subdued battles between a Vader-led Empire and and a Luke-led Rebellion, or between a Sidious-led "Separatist" or Sith team and an Anakin-led Jedi team

Sunday Bloody Sunday! That works for me! Crank up the Death Metal and Bring the House down! Actually any and all of them work depending on my mood, and even though I didn't vote soundtrack it probably is the most fun!

Either we have the music from one of the movies going.....or one of us usually winds up humming a song from the movie and making appropriate sounds effects as each shot is taken...

Yeah, the game is so much funnier when you play SW music in the background. Preferably the Duel of the Fates.

To the U2-themed list, I'd add ... "City of Blinding Lights" to Coruscant battles (Shaak Ti and company's attempt to save the Chancellor, the clones' defense of Coruscant, Mace Windu against Palpatine) "Zoo Station" for Wookiees and other wild creatures

I have to confess, i put 80s pop. I dont know why but i'm a big fan of Bowie, Dire Straights, ect...
Everyone seems to think that 80s music sucked but i think its just fine, besides it seems like music now is coming back around to an 80s style any ways.
Its really entertaining to play to songs like Spandau Ballet - True or Thompson Twins - Hold Me Now. I think its funny.
Call me what you will but just remeber AWOL's thread "Is Attacktix nerdy?"

Hey notacomputer, I'm also a fan of 80's music.. I just think it's fluffy and light. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Actually I'm finding myself more and more listening to Bon Jovi!!!

What exactly is "original soundtrack"? I don't play with any music, sometimes the TVs on though.

I assume for this purpose original is referring to any Star wars soundtrack created by John Williams, which would include tracks like The Imperial March, or Duel of the Fates.

Nobody put the best music to play by: Gangsta Rap. There's nothing like listening to Lil Wayne's "The Carter" or "The Carter II" tracks whilst blasting opponents. It's the perfect mood music.
