Intriguing idea making an Indiana Jones custom!! The Rolling Rock could be an item used to introduce yet another element in the game - Hazardous Terrain!! With this idea in mind, you could make the Rolling Rock like you would a mega, but it would not need to be defeatable, since it would essentially be considered terrain. But you could have it so that the Rock can shoot much like Jabba's balls. With special rules, you could have the Rolling Rock be placed in a neutral part of the playing area (not on one side or the other, where the teams start) anytime that Indiana Jones is put into play. The placement of this special terrain is made by the player who puts Indiana into play. The Rolling Rock must remain stationary where it is placed, but can be rotated when it is used to fire. Both players (not just the one with Indiana), can then be allowed to shoot off the Rolling Rock once per turn, in addition to the standard attacks from the attacktix figures. That way, the Rolling Rock would benefit and hinder the player who decides to play Indiana, since it would be used against one another by all teams involved! This could open up to a whole new category of Hazardous Terrain, which must be playable, once placed, by all players in order to keep the Hazardous Terrain a fundamentally neutral element in the game which could damage and improve anyone's chances of winning. But the terrain would be put into play by the player whose attacktix figure "activates" it. And that is where the strategy lies in having an Indiana - determining whether or not you want that wild card inserted into the game.
Having neutral Hazardous Terrain linked to a specific Attacktix figure would add flavor to the game, especially with such an iconic figure as Indiana, who is forever associated with big rolling rocks and such! It would make certain figures much more hazardous to introduce into the game, and give the game a bit of the flavor of the movie or scenario from where the Attacktix figure originated or became immortalized. Sound good??
