I was just checking the squad builder utility at the official site... There you already have the point costs of all the new figures.
The Destroyer Droid costs 40 points. As for now the only shooters of that value are the force blasters (probably because of the large missile). I can't imagine the Destroyer Droid using the jedi's missile, so I wonder why that high point cost...
Maybe he will have two shooting arms, like in the movies?
Any thoughts?

The point class may also have something to do with the difficulty in knocking it down or its special move. I'm betting that the figure is going to be so heavy that missles will be powerless against it and it will have to be knocked down by a striker.

I figure your right. The thign is small, squat , and bulbous. It will probably be heavy and huge the base hard. -Ray

A clear ball around the figure
Where you have to hit a button to release the shield
NOW that would be cool

Maybe it has a fat base and two launchers. I think a wide base would serve the same purpose as the shielding. Two launchers would be cool too.

Boba will be interesting. His launcher is his backpack missle and it looks like the fig bends at the waist to aim. I wonder if Jango will have 2 launchers? Also looking forwad to the Bounty Hunter rules

MY guest at Bounty Hunter rules
If you hit down a figure with a Bounty Hunter you may capture it and use it as your own (until you or the captured figure is dead). You may only have one captured figure at one time.

I'm looking forward to Darth Maul. It looks as if his saber is long enough to knock 2 guys down that are either side of him.

Am I nuts, or is there a new 36 and 37 (jedi soldier and uta pau soldier) in the new series. And the Boga and AT-RT are not available in Hasbro's online squad-maker.
Do we need to stock up on Boga's and AT-RT's now, will they be discontinued?

Nope, this is just an oversight. Even though they included the Gunship as a numbered Tix, they skipped the Boga.
I have also seen a list where the Battle Case Figure was excluded. I will check for updates on Hasbro site, I emailed them to let them know (I doubt they care)
But you can email them, too!

I also have a feeling that when the new set comes out the figures will be numbered from 1 and up. Every other mini game does this with new sets.

One thing about that, though, is then collectors can just collect certain sets and not feel like their collection is lacking in any way.

I do hope the Droideka has two missiles. Maybe you could just hit one button and fire them both at once??
