Would anyone be interested in moving this project to a Google wave?

I have no idea what that means either! I have been busy making quite a few custom Attacktix, though. They're not on par with some of the really good stuff that's been seen around here over the years, mainly just having a lot of fun with my friend's Warhammer 40k paint set!
I'll try and get some more of that stuff rolling in here, at least for you all to see even if you don't want to make it a part of this set idea. I know I could just use Google to find out what the wave is all about, but I'll wait for Webhead's answer.

Google Wave is a self-described "personal communication and collaboration tool" announced by Google at the Google I/O conference on May 27, 2009.[1][2] It is a web-based service, computing platform, and communications protocol designed to merge e-mail, instant messaging, wikis, and social networking. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_WaveI believe right now you need an invitation to participate. I have one, but haven't used it just yet.

I think the benefit is that it would make collaboration easier, at least in theory. Here's a simple repaint that I'm trying to finalize. I can't decide if I want to stick with a 20 pointer (like Tarkin) and go with an okay special or raise him to 30 and give him a more powerful one... maybe a x2 Attackback (Empire) or a Recruit (Empire) or something else entirely. Grand Admiral Thrawn:

Here's another simple repaint. They look cooler than about anything else I've done, and yet they were by far the easiest to paint. I think the stats are simple: 10 Point Trooper, Wookiee Class, 4/26 Attackback (Wookiee) Kashyyyk Troopers:

Really like Thrawn! Brendonginn mentioned that the small creature he kept on his shoulder somehow nullified or disrupted the Force. (Is this accurate)? So you might do something like this"If White Attackback X2/ If Black, move your opponents Jedis back four Tix."
Kashyyk Troopers really slick! Please elaborate more how they would help the Wookies.

Love the customs Yaggs & attacktixman! I'm pretty much a movies only guy but love me some Thrawn. I'd play that figure. attacktixman - good idea on the Yasilmari. And I'd go for 30 pts. The Tarkin figure was based on his EpIII appearance and that is why I think they made him only 20pts. - younger, not as experienced or bad arsed. An older Tarkin should be 30pts. and so should Thrawn. Kashyyk Troopers really slick! Please elaborate more how they would help the Wookies. Not sure if Yaggleberry Finn is basing the camo clones on my idea but if you read my post on page 1 it explains how they help the Wooks, but it basically boils down to the fact that they need 10pt. figures (and in my version they were on the republic team but had a Wookiee benificial special power) attacktixman, your Maul custom reminded me of another route I thought of for a new Maul figure. It might require a bit more work but if you sliced off the front of his face and then removed the face from a Jedi Knight you could create a hodded Maul from the begining of Episode 1. You could use that head on any Jedi or Sith figure and create a single attack Force Blaster or single bladed lightsaber striker.

Okay, I have a few more to add to my own list. You've already seen Thrawn (I have not yet decided on a cost or special yet) and so I had to add Gilad Pellaeon, Thrawn's right hand man. He's just an extremely simple repaint who will stay at 20 points but get a new special. I'm considering something that would benefit Thrawn or vice versa. Next is Plo Koon as a striker - just S1/S2 Obiwan with a new head. I'm thinking 20 points, 10 speed here, with a medium range special... still no inspiration yet. Finally, there's a Jango Fett worth 30 points. He keeps all his stats the same - just inherits two small blasters instead of one big one. starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Gilad_Pellaeon (in case you don't know much about him)

What about repainting a Boba Fett to create bend-over Jango or flying Jango (or a combo of both)?

This is what we're talking about!!! Love Plo Koon!!! Even better on Obi Wan's body than Jedi Knight's!!!. The more I see Thrawn, the more I think I'll make one myself and try making that little shoulder creature out of Sculpey or something. I'll definetly be nominating Thrawn and Plo. I think I'll give a crack at the Flying jet pack Jango... I hope after the Holidays we can get some continued input from Webhead, IonicDesign, DoNP, Greyelephant and anyone who still "haunts" the boards.

Ok, I took a good look at the Jango/Boba thing and the most straight forward thing would be to repaint flying Boba with Jango's color scheme.
However, I don't see this as being an easy repaint and the idea of these is something that most anyone can do reasonably well. And, personally, I'm not in the mood of sacrificing another Boba.
So I think double gunning Jango is really the way to go and it really does make him much more fun.

I just checked in for the first time in months and I really love this. But would someone make a ton of the same customs and then sell/trade them to everyone else so everyone could have them?
