Indeed, all of the 3 3/4 figures pretty much come with unique, compatible bullets...which is pretty cool. All of the first series movei joes are on sale now at target and wal mart for around 6 bucks...so if you were looking at the action figures anyways, you can pick up some custom bullets as well.

Well, I guess Hasbro was able to salvage something from Attacktix after all.

Just to further this a little, the majority of the movie 3 3/4 figures came with attacktix style bullets. They came in several varieites...I think each is unique, though in general, they are typically either translucent blue, red or green, or solid blue yellow, or green. There were five more unique pieces beyond this, a translucent blue "spear", a translucent red "fireblast", a silver and green piece, a yellow "grapple" and a grey "grapple". Finally, at least one figure came with a shooting disk, though I do not have it so don't know it's relative strength.
All of the above that I have tested work in place of conventional small bullets. By and large, the GI Joe bullets are a bit larger than traditional small bullets...typically longer but without the bulkier head.
Finally, some of the role play pieces appear to have solid blue or green bullets that are more similar to traditional bullets, and therefore perhaps not as interesting to the collector.

Ok, the G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra 3 3/4" figures are finally on clearance at Target (as low as 88 cents but most Targets have them at $1.26) and Brett is right; some of the missles are unique and all work great in Tix Blasters that fire small bullets. Some of the vehicle packs along with the already mentioned wrist blaster come with Tix compatible bullets too. Warning! Some of the smallest bullets shoot out extremely fast although they don't have tremendous knock down power. So wear your Nerf goggles! And beware the deadly crotch shot ala Yodabreaker!
