Yes, were moving slow as of lately. Hopefully with opening up the new committee we can see some spark come back a bit.
I love Pete's idea. I feel if someone wins the right to go first, they should have to set up their figures first. That way the person who goes second can try to counter his figures strategically away from his opponents shooters. I know in the past if I was going first, I would make sure I was aimed right at the figure I wanted to knock down/over the starting line at the get go. This could help.

Soon I will start up a new thread with the details for the tournament... I'm thinking of calling it "Queen City Tix Showdown"
For sure we will have the 30/40 pointer and Battle Royal, but we have a three-way tie for the 3rd event. I'll let fate decide and pick it an random if the tie isn't broken in the next few days.

I think that random is not a good idea only for time constraints. I would think that you should consider the time aspects and play the shortest one so that people from Indiana and whatnot can get on home before midnight.
