Ok, let's see if we can put together a DCFF Committee. Figs are starting to hit store shelves!
Basically, just say you'd like to volunteer and how.
I'll be sure to help with building tips and give suggestions and feedback on what I think will make these work well. I might even share my super special customiZin' secret cause I love my Tix Brothers so much! And I know there are others who are awesome at this, so don't be shy!
I see a real need for individuals who really know their stuff on coming up with powers, effects, points, tix speed, etc. Many of you are great at this, so please step up, you know who you are! I'm not going to name names, but I might PM you if you don't volunteer!
A thought might be an overall commitee and maybe some sub-committees?
Anyway, don't be quiet now. We got a pretty good start with the Class/Factions/Logos!

I'm no good at customizing but I'd like to think that I know enough about the game to help with powers and effects and whatnot. I've always been a big fan of customizing stats for cards/figs/whatever in various games so that would probably be the best place for me to volunteer for.
If I may nominate others, you absolutely must get Superfly in on the customizing. I don't think that there's a ton that needs to be done with the figures as long as their springs are all strong enough but Superfly is easily one of the best, outside-the-box customizers around.
Another must-have is Webhead for the points/powers/stats committee. He's been working on the actual Attacktix and would certainly be a boon to the group. If he can't/doesn't want to be on the committee, then hopefully we can get him pegged in an assisting role.
For another person on the statting committee, I'd nominate Yodabreaker. He wrote an excellent article on the current powers and what they may lead to in the future, he's knowledgeable as far as anything Attacktix-related goes, and he's just one of the best members on here.
Also, ionicdesign. One of the best members here on the board. He's helped out a ton already with the factions and whatnot, he's done some great customs, and could easily help out in every area of the project.
Finally, just some other names off the top of my head who could be very helpful: Radar, Cona Chris, and greyelephant. All three are class acts. Also, if you can grab them, then Joe Manzo and Yaggleberry Finn would be excellent additions. Neither has been a significant presence on this board in a LONG time but if you could haul them back, they'd really lend an air of credibility and some great experience in ranking various powers for balancing via their various systems.

Barring anything unforeseen I'm game.  G is right, Webhead would indeed be a great asset as he made a good deal of the specials and whatnot for Attacktix itself. His other suggested people as well are all talented and upstanding board members. |

I'd be happy to help out on rules and the like. I think I've got a fair idea about how these things could be costed, and I might just pick up a pack of each if I did this. That way, I could have the sculpt in front of me when thinking about pointing figures and assigning powers. grievous, thanks for your kind words Here's my special powers taxonomy. |

Fantastic! With Ionicdesign, Yodabreaker & Webhead we've got some major heavy hitters here. And with Grievous, Radar, Greyelephant and myself not too shabby! We can toss around how the committee is structured hopefully in the near future...
