I thought it was pretty good. Although I will admit that the giant mutated bug thingy was a little out of the blue and weird. But other than that I was highly impressed with it. I will admit I had my doubts when I first heard about it, thinking, oh animated, its going to be for little kids and its going to be dumb, but nope my mind was changed. My favorite Autobot was probably Bumblebee, and my favorite Decepticon was Blitzwing.

Aaargh! I missed it! I managed to see a few scraps of it so far on youtube, and I really like what I saw. Bulkhead rocks. Bill f*gerbakke (I think that's his name) as BH's voice cracked me up. I didn't get to see any D-cons yet. But I like all the Autobots. I nearly messed myself when we got to see Sentinel Prime and Ultra Magnus!

It was alright, it seemed awfully kiddy to me. Like the humans fully embracing the autobots so they could walk around doing whatever they please. well, i guess its not that big of a deal because its targeted towards children. I don't mind the character designs, and i really like prime's new axe :-)

I came across this randomly yesterday morning, and I thought it was OK (this coming from someone who's had nothing to do with Transformers in around 15 years, save their Attacktix incarnations). The animation was a bit jerkier than I had expected, but it seemed like they remembered to tell a fairly compelling story, which I recall being a strong criticism of recent TF series on here. Yes, the aesthetics were quite different, but they'd certainly make for some unique TF S4 sculpts, wouldn't they? The only thing that really saddened me is that I thought I heard Peter Cullen's voiceover work during a commercial break for something totally unrelated to TF - ah, sweet gravelly-voiced Prime, how I miss thee.

I'm almost positive that was him. I know he'd been doing the Toonami voice overs, so I think it's still him doing the regular CN commercials too. If not, they've certainly found themselves a great impersonator!

I caught an Episode in Cartoon network this sat. morning I didn't think it was starting yet. It didn't look like the Pilot.... I don't think it was. Megatron was just a Head and a hand in a scientists Lab. I saw no other Deceptions. (except starscream in a video playback And he had the 80's voice Cool). If put all the other TF Cartoons and the movies aside, then I like the new one. If not I don't know... It's kind of silly. It's not very violent and the Autobots are kind of Cute, so thats a good thing for my kids. They loved it! The little Girl ("sorry" is her name) is fun and My girl liked her. SO I guess they are going for a younger group. I'll have to see another before I form a real opinion.

2 things about the show as of yet, Starsceam seemed to have been able to kill all the Autobots way too easily and it looks to be a good show that I'll proably watch regularily. Also, The girl's name is actually Sari and just sounds like Sorry.

Holy cow we have Grimlock!!!!!!! I thought it was his old-school voice, but scanning the credits told me no, it was Prime's voice doing big Grim. Well, I've seen two episodes, and no D-cons other than Megatron's head. Prof. Surmac is smart, but not too great a judge of character. Hi intelligence, low wisdom. I'm really liking the show.

Holy cow we have Grimlock!!!!!!! . I said the same thing. I wasn't expecting Dino-bots. "No one expects the Spanish inquisition.... I mean....Dino-bots!" ;D (IF you get that let me know.) ANYWAY. I liked that episode more than the last. My kids are scared by the Dino-bots! Crazy! But I liked them A-lot. I can't wait till next weekend. I love it. Me 35. excited about saturday morning Cartoons again.

Amongst our weaponry are such diverse elements as armored shells, surprise, ruthless efficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to Grimlock, and nice oversized swords!

Okay my Synopsis:
Characters: I think that they are trying both the make the characters in depth enough to matter (Gen1 lacked this feature),and make them simple enough for children to enjoy and understand. It follows the stereotypical group of hero's (most notably Gargoyles, yeah I said it). All in all I like the autobot characters because they feel like there new at this. Optimus Prime is not the first ever warrior, but instead hes just some newb who is pushed into defending this cube.
The cube is a little odd (yeah its a character, it has a will), because now its not being discussed (although the last episode I saw was with the muscle car).
Decepticons are also stereotypical, but resemble more he-man than gargoyles. Megatron being disables is great, but I think that and the cube are where they are trying to mix the movie with the old show... which is where my problem with the show lies.
No the animation does not bother me, yes Sari looks like Wind Waker Link, yes it is silly sometimes which makes it loveable. No.. The story yet again is not a true continuation.
When the Transform and Rollout appeared with original characters, I was extremely pleased that this was it! A Gen1 sequel about robot cars and not animals, or not a remake. But then BAM its not, that footage is just for grabs. Humans do not know autobots, it is the future (Sorry Spike, looks as if your time is split up), No Ark (AHHH!!) and so forth. Plus I'm a little shocked because I thought the transformers were going to be more Movie like (more like the movie Virus than the cartoon) with all those extra components and gear look, but I was wrong yet again .
Those are the only cons I really have right now, The Dinobot episode was great and ended well, the last one I saw with the muscle car gave some insight into the troubled past of Ratchet (is that his name, i forget), and brought about bounty hunters early (remember Gen1 had a good bounty hunter), but also showed three faced man. And It is not a 30 minute Hasbro commercial like Gen1 was accused of being (Although I think that the new Cybertron/Engergon/ whatever episodes are far more gimmicky than gen1, mainly cause gen1 rocks.)
West side yo.
