One of you guys asked me to show you my collection, which I mentioned on a previous thread. As I stated earlier, I have an entire room full of Transformers, from the earliest ones back in the 80's to the new stuff our Attacktix figures are based on. It was as a collector that I got into Attacktix. Bear with me, this will be long and there's a lot of pics. Also bear with me that these pictures are a little old. I took them back in march, so I have quite a few new ones that aren't in these pics, but I'm in the process of redoing the room so I don't have the means to get current pics. Here's my most recent collection pictures. Bear with me, the collection is large. First off, my G1 Display: My complete set of E-Hobby: My original G1 figures, the Jetfire and Devastator are complete, though without the pieces right now: World's Smallest Transformers, and where Unicron belongs:

That is oh so fat! I've never seen such a beautiful set of Transformers. I did notice the original Megatron, and he is classified incorrectly as a pistol; it is a short-barrelled rifle due to the stock. The flash suppressor on the front, if it measured 16" and was permanent and non-removable, would make it a legal rifle rather than a short-barrelled rifle. Don't take it outside, a cop may arrest you!

I just noticed you don't have the camera bots, the ones you needed to send away for.

Also, how many cassettes do you have?

Very cool collection! I was wondering about your minis... Are those the japanese ones by takara? Also, how many cassettes do you have? The minis are a japanes line called World's Smallest Transformers by Takara. They are fully transformable, and look just like the big ones. The Soundwave even comes with a cassette that transforms into Ravage! (check the black speck in front of the tape player) How many cassettes total? I have two original cassettes from the old days in Buzzsaw and Ravage which are down in my room and not in this display. My Transformers Collection Reissues contain four cassettes, Buzzsaw, Ravage, Laserbeak, and Steeljaw. My E-Hobby Exclusives have three Cassettes, a blue Laserbeak and Ravage, and a pink version of Eject/Rewind, the names of which escape me. The total would be nine then.

*whistles* Dang is that cool. I may not know much about Transformers but I know an awesome collection when I see it.
Ever tried to figure out how much they're all worth?

My collections pretty big too, but not as much cool Japanese stuff as you. I only have World's Smallest Megatron and a few Beast Wars figures from Japan. And I just got the official Takara release (not the unlicensed Korean version) of Brave Maximus! He's freakin huge!
Trying to appraise a collection like this is a tricky thing. It'd be pretty easy to tally up what you paid for everything, but it's hard when you consider how much the demand may have increased for something since the time that you bought it.
I actually try not to think about how much cash I've put into my collection! I think that would kinda take some of the fun out of collecting.

How big is the worlds smallest megatron compared to the original megatron?
Im thinking about buying some of those worlds smallest.. What got me wondering just how small they are was the fact that they have a worlds smallest bumblebee.... Bumblebee was already like the smallest transformer you could buy... How much smaller is he?

This might help, try comparing what size Megatron is to Jazz and you kinda have an idea.

I can't compare everyone else's size to Bumblebee's, since I only have 1, but Megatron is about the size of the little plastic guns you'd get out of gumball machines. He doesn't come with silencer or stock attachments, but his scope is there and he transforms EXACTLY like the original. He even has little tiny hands!

Even though he was the first of the alts, I don't think I have seen a comparison of a binaltech Smokescreen vs the alternators one until now. The blues seem really different.
As for a comparison of WST bumblebee, imo he is the most disappointing of the bunch. And I'm jealous of your WST Skywarp. That guy still elludes me.
This has me thinking that I really need to get pics of my stuff going. Unfortunately, I store everything in drawers. I hate dealing with dust.

Amazingly Awesome Collection!!! Have you (and the rest of the gang) seen the new Botcon 2006 exclusive figures. They are pretty cool... www.botcon.com/botcon06figures.cfmThey are based on the characters from Beast Wars and they take a look at what the characters looked like on Cybertron before they crashed on Earth and were turned into their beast forms. Cool idea.
