Attacktixguy backed out of a confirmed trade after addresses were exchanged, because he was able to get the figures somewhere else.
This does not make him a bad trader, but certainly is not allowed.

I believe Hansolo333, of MD, is a bad trader. After numerous pms back and forth, and his rushing me, we agreed to a deal. I sent my part of the deal, 13 figures(includeing 1 chrome), for 14 of his figures. I pm'ed him with the delivery confirmation number when I sent them out, and he responded that he hadnt sent out yet cause his mom didnt take him to the post office, but said he would send out during the week. (This was last week). He then pm'ed me the following day stateing that it was actually his little brother's figures I was tradeing for and his parents didnt like the idea of him tradeing via the internet and he would send my figures back to me plus my cost for shipping. I told him as a parent myself I understood and to keep me posted as to what was goin on. A day or two later I get another pm saying he got my figures and that he was goin to sit down and talk to his parents about online tradeing and try to get either my figures back or his end of the deal we made out to me. This was last Thursday. Last Friday I sent a pm asking what was the result of the chat with his parents and have not gotten a response. I pm'ed him again this past Sunday saying that if I didnt get some kind of response by today(Tuesday) I would begin the process of leaving negative feedback. Prior to sending out my end of the deal I checked the good trader thread and he had a few positive points. I dont know if he just decided to rip me off cause it was a pretty big trade or what? I am upset and confused over the whole situation.
*Radars' edit* HanSolo333's name has been removed.

The transaction is completed finally, but I will NEVER trade with Hansolo333 again! I got the figures today and was upset to find the condition most were in. Most had names written on them and some showed considerable wear on the stickers on the bases. There was an attempt to try to cover over the back label with a new one and that makes it look worse. The condition of these figures was never mentioned during the deal makeing process. Right on my haves/needs list it states that my figures are all NIB unless noted. He should have told me ahead of time about the condition of his figures.

I would just like to say that after nearly a year, Slambo actually got in touch with me through another site and set things right. I am happily surprised at his apparant change of heart.

I'm not going to put it down as a bad trade, but not a good one either. hansolo333 took 3 weeks to send me one figure with the same excuse everyone else got "mom didn't take me to the post office". Just like optimus103, the label on the figure is scratched and torn without being told notice of it. The scratched up figure just means I wont ever be able to trade it easily if it ever came to that.

Why is StarWarsKid considered a bad trader if there is no examples? My little brother commandergree traded with him before he read this thread and he got his figures just fine. Nothing bad happened.

I dont know how proper it would be to go into great detail.. And I dont want to be slanderous. But starwarskid broke several of the forum rules for trading, and was given more slack than anyone else that I am aware of that broke rules. Just let me give you this little word of advise. If he or anyone else who is not a member is trying to get you to trade with them through email, it would be wise to turn them down. They are not bound by any rules and there is literally no protection in the event of a bad trade. There are plenty of responsible traders who are members of the board.

Indeed, there had been several posts about his bad trading habits that were deleted for administrative reasons. Unfortunately, I don't have the text of those posts anymore, but the reasons are abundant, indeed.

I am putting myself on the bad trader thread. I had a deal with hansolo333 and I have kept him waiting for a really long time. I have probably made him very angry. I will remove this remark once he confirms that the figures I have sent him back and bonus figures for the long wait have arrived to him.

FYI - StarwarsKid kind-of screwed me over...I shipped him a bunch of figures, then he 'forgot' the deal I made with him, then said he didn't have the figs he agreed to send me, then he sent me my figures back, except that they were duplicates and not the ones I sent, not in the bags as I had sent him, and the figures were in bad shape.
I have, however, also had some good dealings with him. My advice: make sure you get the figures from his side of the deal before you ship them as he can be a little shady. A lot of times he will not have what he offers you in hand, meaning he is 'trying' to get them. This was the case on the deal that went quite sour for me.

I'm not sure if this is bad, but I should have been more careful. I'm putting myself on here because I accidentally sent YodaB's Grievous swinger to someone else and gave their Grievous shooter to YodaB.
Edited by YodaBreaker - all ended up well in the end.

I unfortunatley need to comment on Hansolo333 - I have been trying to PM him and he has not responded. We had a deal and I was a little slow sending him a check (my fault but I was sick - but it was only a couple of days)- I'm okay if he doesn't want to trade any more but I want to know what he has done with my check? I have not heard from him - and I have sent numerous PM.
It's unfortunate but this is the first time I have had any difficulty trading with anyone in this forum.
I should have read the bad trader thread more closely.
