The biggest gaming Con in the U.S. rolls into the midwest again this summer. I'll be there Friday , Saturday, and Sunday (my birthday yay!).

Sadly, I won't be there. And I have one question, though. Do they even have Attacktix at Gen Con?

I don't think there is anything officially scheduled. That doesn't mean it won't be played there though.

B - is there an exorbitant fee to get in? I could cruise out for sure if you're going to be there, but I am DEAD and I mean DEAD broke. Commissions late AGAIN.

If I know that we can have an competition or small tournament, then I will definitely be there.
Wifey will attend with me as well.
LMK details on prices, location of competition, and if you need any assistance.
Are you thinking about setting up a booth?
If you want to help teach others I will help you out. If you have hand outs, like pamphlets or those figures in the baggies, I can help pass those out as well.
I live in Indianapolis, so please keep me informed on everything you got going on.

I'm in a similar boat to superfly - if it doesn't cost too much, I MIGHT try to finagle my way there, but since I'm broke I'd otherwise be unable to attend...

Per day to get in the door is 35 pre register I believe...so not cheap unfortunately. I'm trying to see if Hasbro/Wotc has anything setup we can tie into...if not, I would be running an informal event on the side...I will keep you all posted.

We have a lot going on around that time, but if something Attacktix related comes up, I'd definitely try (i.e. beg my wife) to go. In our household, I'm definitely in the Trooper Class while my better half is the Leader

Yeah, for 35$ I'm sad to say (although I am sure a few here are glad) that I can't do it. I am broke as a joke right now. I've got O.B.H.'s birthday coming up, I've got to get the oil changed in both cars, I've got to buy wood for the MASSIVE dollhouse that O.B.H. is getting for her birthday, I just dropped 60$ on swim lessons (and my kid decided one day in that she already knew how....just started breast-stroking like a pro....) and the wife is going out today somewhere with her girlfriend, which always equates to 50$.
And HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY!!!

I won't be able to make it, either - my wife and I have exhausted our travel budget for the next few months.

Nope.
If you can't go to Gencon, my place is always open for barley-pop and games!
