How much is it, and is it child friendly (nothing that would be even slightly crude) my parents don't like any of that stuff.

How much is it, and is it child friendly (nothing that would be even slightly crude) my parents don't like any of that stuff. I found this on that sites FAQ: How much is general admission?
Adults - $7, Kids under 12 - $5, Early Buyer Event - $10 And as far as kid friendly, I'd say so. It's a mixed crowd so, like anywhere, you run the chance of hearing an occasional foul word, but other than that it's totally cool. Unless your parents have a problem with costume people. You might see a vampire girl or weird stuff like that (last time I was there, my friend and I got our picture taken with some guy dressed-up like Blade). ALOT of people take their small children there, so it's just a bunch of people whole all have one thing in common: Loving toys and comics!

That convention is always fun! That's where I got my first TF Truck Prime! And I don't remember seeing vampire girls, maybe I should keep my eyes open next time ;-)

I made an appearance at yesterday's show, and it was great. I managed to complete some of my G1 Transformers and I picked up some good deals on Attacktix stuff! Thread updated.

What did ya get regarding Tix? So glad you asked! ;D R2-Q5 CHROME and Gold-Based Plo Koon, for $2 each. ;D Both are for trade if you know anyone interested. And for our collections purposes, a sealed Battle Case for $10 (not a tremendous deal, but it works for me) AND a sealed Jabba the Hutt for............. $10 ;D ;D ;D I dove on that bad-boy as soon as I spotted it! That sure as heck beats the $50 you'd have to pay if you wanted it from eBay. Other than that, I just got a few cheap troopers for army building. There actually weren't many people with 'Tix for sale. In fact, only 3 tables, if I remember correctly. I asked everyone that I saw selling SW stuff, but half of them didn't even know what I was talking about. The other half said they had them, but didn't bring them because they didn't think anyone would be interested in buying them. Now that those sellers know the demand is out there, hopefully 'Tix will be back in greater numbers at the December show.

aw man, it was worth going to that! i hit the jackpot with attacktix! they were selling the marvel heros starters for 6-8 bucks, and the ghost rider battle master for 6! i got lots of other figures too, and they crave blood! buy attacktix is like doing highly addictive drugs, once you start you want MORE!!!!
