Anyway, the movie is supposed to be the first three episodes. Then the TV show will continue with the rest. There is also supposed to ba a live action tv show coming out. I heard some rumors about Boba Fett being in them. I thought Fett was to be in the live action show not the 3D show.

Well I don't know anything about proposed storylines, but he could be in both, just at different ages. I know some of the clone wars novels had a young Fett in them. Some stuff involving Durge if I remember correctly.

Like almost a year ago I saw a picture of Mara Jade from the live action stills. Gosh, I hope this turns out as good as it looks! Uh, how does Luke Skywalker figure into this? Surely, Mark Hammill isn't reprising his role. Or maybe they have another actor? Or somehow avoid Luke altogether?

George Lucas said that it would center around minor characters in the Star Wars galaxy, but cameos from major characters from the films aren't out of the question. I think the only person confirmed to be on the show right now is Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), but other actors from the films are showing interest in making an appearance.

I was just on Comcast and so this on the fan. I watched the interview with George Lucas. It looks very interesting. The interview showed clips from the movie, and it looks like it was very well done. It will be interesting to see the actual events of the clone wars.

I saw the trailer for this a while back but I completely forgot about it, thanks for reminding me! Not a big fan of the new animation style personally, I'd prefer the old Samurai Jack-style animation to the new CGI. But whatever, I'm still looking forward to some new Star Wars!

They're also came out with Anakin's LEGO starfighter. I picked one up, and it's pretty sweet. Oh God, that thing's awesome. I hate Anakin's face (it's creepy with those big eyes...I wish they were regular Lego figure dot eyes. But the piece for his hair is freaking nifty. I like using it on Lego knight figures- rock! But that's a different topic all together. I'd prefer the old Samurai Jack-style animation to the new CGI. You and me both, brother. But I'll take what I can get.

Yeah, I liked the style of the clone wars cartoon that came out a while ago. I'm hoping I get used to the CGI. But, I've got to say that AT-TE's climbing up rock faces and giant Tri-droids is enough to get me to the theaters!

Here is some info I found at Rebelscum.com PT News: McDonald’s Promo Confirmed Posted by José on May 16, 2008 at 08:14 AM CST: News of a potential McDonald’s food promotion for 2008 had already been mentioned by us before, but only since today it’s a confirmed one.
The news and date of release come from Portugal through the SWCP, Portugal’s Star Wars Fan club website. The confirmation came directly from the Marketing and Communications Department at the Portuguese branch of the McDonald’s chain of restaurants with a set date of September 26, 2008 for public release. No photos can be disclosed at the moment, but the SWCP club is expecting official images soon. So Star War toys at McD's? I can at least stand some of their items. I hated it when Burger King had the promotions.

That looks so sick. I can't wait!
I have to say, there is nothing like the orchestral soundtrack..that's really what makes movies like SW, Indiana Jones, and Jurassic Park so special...it's not just the images, plot, storyline, it's the intense sound effects (that NOBODY can do like Lucas) and the soundtrack. Nothing like it on earth - it's like sex for the ears.

Nerd! =d I look it this as simply as this:
There is little difference between Wagner's Die Wulkure and John Williams' Star Wars. They're both Operas, meant to be performed on stage, both are to a tempo and the acts are broken up by the music. That being said, anyone with any classical orchestra music on their Ipod, irrespective of composer is not a nerd, simply an appreciator of the fine arts.
