shouldn't this really be a poll? I second your opinion, derek, but I guess he just wants a qualitative, rather than quantitative, summary. Besides, a poll that would include all possible characters from EpIII would be a reaaaallllly long poll.

Reaaaallllly long poll is why i didnt do it. Plus yes i would rather some good qualitative answers. like why you like them. -Vader

Obi-Wan is and always will be the man. He's such an honerable and just character. Ep III gave him some more depth by showing him as compassionate, but he still could do what needed to be done.

Old and All time favorite Star Wars Character hands Down. Lord Vader!!!!
Mainly because of Attacktix, and his wielding of 4 Jedi Lightsabres, General Grievous is my favorite NEW character.
Obi definately was the best and most developed character in the film! As pointed out, Episode III REALLY gave us his depth and compasion as well as his skills as a warrior and leader. His stock has risen dramatically in my opinion because of this film. He may be my second all time favorite next to Vader!
Yoda deserves a great many props as well going toe to toe with the 'Dark side' the way he did in both II and III.

I thought Grievous would be my favorite before seeing the movie but Yoda stole the show for me 100%

From episode III I like Grievous. He has four arms ,an awesome wheelbike, Acts like feeble old man but kicks but and does crazy flips, and looks really creepy.

I was a bit on the horrified side when that angst ridden megalomaniac started slaughtering children… So no “kool” isn’t the way I was looking at it.

I'm with Malform. Honestly, my opinion of Vader went way down after watching EIII. In episodes 4-6 you know he's a bad guy, but you still really like him. But once you mercilessly wipe out a bunch of kids, now you're just evil. Even though I knew the outcome, I was really cheering for Obi-Wan to finish him off!
I guess I would pick Obi-Wan as my favorite EIII character. His character improves leaps and bounds from episodes one and two. He's very powerful, but he seems more "real." And his relationship with Anakin actually looked like a friendship rather than whatever strained thing it was before.
